"Pretty easy to snag an appointment"
I was actually able to get a same-day appointment, which was nice because I wasn’t totally expecting that. I did have to refresh the page a few times and kind of keep an eye on it, but eventually a slot popped up, so overall it wasn’t too bad.

"Good care, but wow, that visit flew by"
The doctor was nice and clearly knew what they were doing, so no complaints there. They handled my issue without making it a whole thing, which I definitely appreciated. But the visit felt a little rushed, like, can we breathe for two seconds? That said, I did feel listened to, and the treatment actually helped, so overall it was good care. Just wish it hadn’t felt quite so quick.

"I used PlushCare to get a prescription..."
I used PlushCare to get a prescription refilled, and to be fair, it did work in the end. The doctor visit itself was simple, and they said the prescription was sent to my pharmacy the same day.
The annoying part was that my pharmacy claimed they never got it at first, so I had to message support and sit around waiting for it to be sorted out. It kind of felt like one of those services that works when it wants to, which isn’t great when medication is involved.

Overall, it wasn’t a disaster, just more frustrating than I expected. I might use it again for something low-pressure, but if I needed meds quickly, I’d probably think twice.

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
I reached out to support because I was trying to sort something out before heading out for the afternoon, and the replies were just really slow. By the time they got back to me, I’d already made coffee, answered emails, and basically lost track of what I was even waiting on. When they did respond, it wasn’t very helpful either, so the whole thing felt kind of frustrating.

"Clear costs, but still took some effort"
Before my visit, they laid out what my insurance would cover and what I might have to pay, which was helpful. I do wish I didn’t have to spend so much effort checking all the details myself, but at least there wasn’t some weird surprise bill afterward. I really appreciated that.

"Felt REALLY rushed and uncomfortable"
The doctor came across as REALLY unprofessional. I felt rushed the whole time, and they seemed annoyed like I was bothering them just by being there. Not the kind of experience you want when you’re trying to get medical help.
